No sound for White Noise

I dowloaded the White Noise app onto my Blackberry Curve. The App downloaded fine, but I cannot hear anything. How can I fix this?

Have you verified your volume settings and also tested if your music player works correctly?

I had the same problem. After I re installed it, I did a re boot device. That did the trick.

Soan after a reinstall, and after a reboot, and after a battery pull..... If my sound isn't working, is the money I paid for the program refundable? Their support site is a forum and I don't know how to contact them.

I'm having the same issue with sound on my BlackBerry Curve. I originally had the White Noise LIte and it worked fine. I recently did a software upgrade with my phone and I no longer have sound with this app. I tried other apps such as Pandora and that works. I downloaded White Noise thinking thinking the upgraded version might work. The app opens but I still have no sound. I have rebooted, took the battery out and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Same problem here, I've downloaded it 3 times already. I'm wasting my money. Is there an app that works? I really like falling asleep to these sounds…

I am having the same issues, it used to work, but now has no sound. I did a hard reset, reinstalled, and still nothing. Sound on everything else works normally. Just kind of frustrated as this was a good app but now is useless without the sound. Phone is a BB 9670
