My country is not listed in the MarketPlace. So, Is there any possibility to purchase the "White Noise 2" app directly.

I really need it.

Sorry the marketplace is the only place we publish for Windows Mobile. We currently do not have any plans to support other stores. We do have our standard noises available as MP3 downloads from Amazon:
