Unable to install update to v 3.1

I have an HTC Incredible with well over 150mb of memory available. However, when trying to install an update, from 3.0 to 3.1, I get a message "there is not enough space t install this item". Please adivse.

You REALLY need to resolve the memory issues. It will kill this app!

Try uninstalling the app completely and reinstalling fresh. What version of the android os are you running?
