Creating a custom sound - why does it say no files?

Postby InfiniteVoyage » Mon Aug 27, 2012 12:32 pm

Hello,

When I try to create a custom sound, it keeps saying there are no custom sounds. What exactly is the app looking for in a file? I recorded a WAV file to my SD Card. Does it look for a particular file type, location, length, name, etc?

White Noise has a specific format it expects when importing files. It only supports sounds and files that come from White Noise Creator, White Noise for Mac, or one of the iPhone versions. The android version does not currently support creating or exporting sounds, but it is on the list for a future update.

Ok I have an iPhone too. But I don't see an app called white noise creator. so having an iPhone how do I create a custom noise? Is it somewhere from within the app or do I download a separate app or is it somewhere on a Mac or PC app that I then download into the iPhone?
