I have tried downloading additional sounds but it does not work!
You get the option to open the downloaded sound in Dropbox or Evernote or Printer, but not in White Noise. How am I supposed to do this please?

From Safari it will allow you to select Open With... after downloading. Please see the whitenoisemarket.com website help documentation.
