Problem with downloading "Glow Burst" (aka "Being modified")

Hello,

So it was with great excitement that I saw Glow Burst for free on the app store, so I jumped and tried to purchase it.

However I was met with the cursed "This item is currently being modified".

I tried at different points in the day and I was still unable to get the app. Then today , when I tried l pick it up, it was no longer free :(

Is there anything you can do to help? This has been a big problem with Apple over the last few weeks and I'd sure like to be able to get in on the sale :)
