White noise will not load up!

I tap the icon on my iphone, the TMsoft icon comes up for a few seconds then goes back
to my iphone icon "page" without activating! What's wrong???????

Please upgrade to the latest version as we had recent issues on older iOS versions. Rebooting your device can sometimes solve it as well.
